Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. During launch periods or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently ship within Australia only. International soon!

Delivery Timeframes

Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping option, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
